    Parking is provided free at an underground garage facility located beneath City Hall East. Enter on the west side Los Angeles Street between 1st and Temple. Simply inform the security guards that you are there to attend a Commission meeting. Proceed to the visitor parking areas on levels P2 or P3. Take the elevators to the second floor (Main Street level). Exit City Hall East, walk across the street, and enter the main entrance of City Hall. After passing security, take the elevators to the third floor.  The meeting will be held in the Board of Public Works Chamber (Room 350).
