16th Annual Central Avenue Jazz Festival
The Coalition for Responsible Community Development is very pleased to invite you to the 16th Annual Central Avenue Jazz Festival - Saturday and Sunday July 30 and 31 - in the Vernon-Central neighborhood of South LA.
It's free jazz all afternoon, as we honor and celebrate Central Avenue's legendary role in the history of Los Angeles, and the history of jazz on the West Coast, from the 1920's to 1950's. This special event is presented by CRCD, the LA Conservation Corps, and Los Angeles City Councilwoman Jan Perry. The event typically attracts 10,000+ people over the weekend.
